What is the return policy?
All our products are handmade to order and unique, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund.

When will I get my order?
Custom sneakers are handmade. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Why am I being charged customs fees?
Duties & Taxes
Import duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These are set by your local authorities and not included in the price. We can’t refund customs fees.
How can I create my own design?
Send us your ideas, reference images, and shoe size. We’ll review them and get back to you to bring your design to life.
